Senior Civil / Water Engineer - Blenheim

The role will include a mixture of hands-on professional engineering work and project management as well as the opportunity to build strong client relationships and undertake business development opportunities.  The role is part of the company’s growth in regional centres and is supported by Principals and strong team/planning and engineering team members as well as our expert multidisciplinary team across our existing locations. 

This is an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate who has:
• Proven experience and expertise in the civil engineering and water resources area.
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Ability to manage projects and deliver within quality, time and budget constraints to company standards and client needs.
• Ability to work across disciplines and within virtual teams across geographic locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• An ability to demonstrate visionary, cutting edge design and forward thinking competencies.  
• An ability to adapt to change and is self-motivated to grow their career and expertise.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Washington Accord).
• Chartered Professional Engineer or a willingness to seek and maintain CPEng.
• 5+ years’ experience.

The role will include a mixture of hands-on professional engineering work and project management as well as the opportunity to build strong client relationships.  The role is part of the company’s growth in regional centres and is supported by Principals and strong team/planning and engineering team members as well as our expert multidisciplinary team across our existing locations.
