Annette is a qualified and experienced Environmental Engineer and RMA Planner specialising in the consenting and delivery of infrastructure projects for local authorities with a focus on water resources. She has significant experience in investigations and provision of strategic advice, policy and resource management advice relating to water resources and public infrastructure.
Annette’s experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and her dual qualifications allow her to provide an integrated approach across the design, consenting and construction phases of projects.
Annette brings a practitioner’s perspective to her work in the infrastructure sector, having been responsible for strategy, consultation, consenting and design for numerous drinking water, wastewater and stormwater schemes throughout Aotearoa.
